Congratulations on the new addition to your family. We will do our best to provide your new puppy with the best care possible and make each visit special. Not only do we recommend a series of four office visits beginning at 6 weeks of age, but we recommend attending our monthly Puppy Parties. Even if you have had dogs before, enrolling in a puppy class as soon as possible is a good idea.

In puppy class:

1. Your puppy can develop social skills to get along with other dogs.
2. Your puppy can enjoy playing rough games with other puppies instead of with people.
3. You can review dog training skills you might have forgotten or never learned.
4. You'll get support and encouragement from other puppy owners and our veterinarian, Dr. Owens.
5. Your puppy will learn to respond to commands in a distracting situation.
