West Loop Animal Hospital's primary goal for our boarding guests is to
make sure their stay is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. The
entire staff is concerned with each pet's welfare and happiness. Staff
members can often be found in the kennels spending some quality time
with each visiting pet.
Included in the price of boarding is an exam of each pet by a certified
technician. A complimentary bath is given to each dog that boards at
our facility. Dog baths are given on the day the pet is scheduled to go
home. To allow time for the pet to be dry from their bath, the client
is asked to pick up their pet late in the afternoon.
Our dog kennels are air conditioned for summer and heated for winter,
and all pets are rotated three times per day from inside kennels to the
outside runs. There are separate indoor cat kennels for our feline
guests. Unless provided by the owner, each pet will be fed Science Diet
Adult Maintenance each day at noon. Fresh water is always kept inside
each kennel. We also offer a wide variety of prescription diets
available for pets with special needs.
Boarding at West Loop is by reservation only. All pets boarding at West
Loop must be current on vaccinations.
